Process
Pig (farm-raised, 100-120 kg). Slaughter — quick, painless (farmer knows how). Butchering — family work. Every part used: meat (steaks, sausage, bacon), fat (lard, soap), bones (broth), intestines (sausage casings), blood (blood sausage).
Nothing Wasted
Literally nothing. Even bristles — for brushes. Hooves — for glue. Skin — for straps. 120 kg pig = 120 kg of useful product. For English — 60 kg (rest = waste).
