Bath

2 cups per full bath. 20 minutes. Magnesium absorbs through skin — relaxes muscles, relieves pain. After a hard work day — best recovery.

Compress

Dissolve in warm water, soak cloth, apply to bruise or sprain. 15-20 minutes. Reduces swelling.

Splinters

Soak finger in strong solution (3 tbsp per cup) 15 min. Skin softens, splinter comes out easier.

In the Garden

1 tbsp per hole when planting tomatoes and peppers. Magnesium needed for photosynthesis. Yellow leaves between veins = magnesium deficiency = Epsom salt fixes it.
