Cars (black or dark). Grid electricity. Church building (not homes). Home phone. Tractor in field. English in church.
What's NOT Allowed
TV (usually). Internet (usually). Bright clothing. Women without head covering. Divorce.
The Question
Are they still Amish? Formally — yes (they call themselves that). Essentially — closer to conservative Mennonites. Old Order don't consider them Amish. Beachy don't consider Old Order right. Each is sure of their own.
